commercial under 70,000

auto garage building, 580 mid, full doc, any LTV will work seller will assist. All the commercial lenders I have found need 100K????

Think you are going to have to try and go private investor on this one. The problem is even the small commercial lenders don't want to touch anything under 75k.

look for SBA lenders, they might do that low. 2nd Source funding i believe might be able to help, number is 800-303-7020, or look in your area.
