Commercial Lot Refinance C/O

I'm not even sure if this can be done or not, but I thought I'd at least ask

I have a customer who wants to take 500K Cash out on his commercial lot worth 2.5 million that is owned free and clear.


I would love to help him out if anyone can point me in the right direction?

Sounds like your client is requesting a product similar to a cash out-refinance. However, if the client is to use the property as collateral for another project, that information is needed.
