Commercial Lender Needed for Multi Family Property in Tampa Florida

Loan Scenerio:

Purchase Price: $625,000
Fico Score: 610
Down Payment: 30%
Stated Income/Verified Assets
8 Unit Multi Family
Closing Date 10/18/2006

Comments: I'm looking for a lender to partner up with to help me finance this property located in Tampa Florida. The borrower owns other multi family units in Colorado and recently sold another of her properties located in California. A portion of her funds are coming from a 1031 exchange and the remainder from savings. She has more than a couple of million in real estate assetts.
