Is There Anyone Out There That Will Attempt 2 Commercial Deals

Loan Amt- 3 Mill And 15 Mill

Both Loans The Customers Qualify Very Easy

3 Mill Would Be A 65% Ltv With Over Mill In Assets

15 Mill Would Be On A 80% Level With Quite A Few Mill In Assests

These Are Raw Land Deals!!

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated

am direct to 46 private hard money lenders who will do 50%-65% ltv of
the "as is" appraised value or assessed value. Interest only. Rates
are high but they money quickly. Minimum loan size 200,000. SFR's
must be NOO. Prefers the West Coast, but will consider other
locations.
