My first question is why are you looking for Hard Equity on a church? Commercial lenders for churches only look at the monies recieved by the church... if they do not recieve enough you will most likely not get this done. Give me a call to discuss the situation at 800-916-6526. We are a commercial lender in Florida and we do handle churches.
