Chapter 13 borrowers
I am looking for Lenders that will refinace a mortgage without paying off the Chapter 13 Trustee.
I know GM Funding and Resmae has programs for these individuals.
Please give suggestions.

I specialize in Chapter 13 buyout programs. Most of them I can not do becuase there is not enough equity in the home. But the credit score and Payment histories qualify for refinancing.
