Cash-Out Refi Seasoning

Customer bought the property 2 month ago as a VA Forclosure @ $115k.
Appraisal Value at $145K. Customer would like to Refi and cashout at 100% for debt consolidation. Beacon 640

Seasoning is an issue. Any lender reccomendations?
