Cash Out Refi on Lot

Does anyone know a lender who will do a 75% LTV Cash out Refinance on a Lot 703 FICO Full Doc? The lot is currently owned free and clear.

Usually I refer these to a savings and loan LO to get denials.

I think you should try Indy Mac but if they do not do it then tell them to build a house!
