oKAY EVERYONE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ON THIS ONE . i HAVE TO DO A CASH OUT REFI ON A PROPERTY IN MINNESOTA AND THE THING IS IM LOOKING FOR A 100% OR SOMETHING CLOSE. THE BORROWER HAS A LOWER FICO THEN HIS WIFE BUT HE IS THE WAGE EARNER AND SHE NOT . THEY ARE ABOUT $250 IN DIFFERANT FOR INCOME . SO I NEED HELP ON DOING THIS LOAN . $185,000 ON PROPERTY AND THE MID SCORE FOR HIM IS 552 AND WIFE IS 578 , O/O , SFR .

Try Novastar they will average all six scores but you may not get 100% with those numbers.
Also try Option One they will let you use the spouses scores to qualify

Try a couple bank statement programs. Sometimes you can get by with that. Try New Century. Ask for an exception. 580 for 100% but you might get it done and at a decent price.
