Can you recommend a lender for a 517 FICO?

Can you recommend a lender with a FICO 517 and co-borrower's FICO is 560? It's a 100% CLTV purchase - loan amount $228,000 - SFR Owner Occupied - full docs. No bankruptcy or foreclosure but quite a few collections and delinquencies. The borrower has employment gaps even though she has been in the same line of work (nursing) for 15+ years.

I'd appreciate any direction you can give me as to who I may contact as a lender?

Thanks

I can do 80% LTV or if they have been living together for the last year and are not first-time home buyers than I can use the higher score and do 90% with a seller held second up to 100% CLTV. I don't think there are any lenders that will do 100% LTV with that score.

Let me know if this might work.

Hi Jake - Lenders for low FICO scores

Thanks for the information about lenders for low FICO scores. We're presenting this to the realtor to see if this is something they would want to consider. I'll let you know.

Which is the primary wage earner? If it is the 560 try MILA.
