Can anyone help me find a MH wholesale lender?

I am looking to place the impossible loan. Need an 80% ltv, investor purchase of a doublewide on land using 12 months personal bankstatements as full doc income verification. Very low DTI 20% or less, cash to close sorced and seasoned, plenty of reserves.

Can anyone help me?
