This is a great deal waiting to happen.

Try to get his fico up 10 points and a whole world will open up for you.

I know a couple of lenders will do the siva down to 660, and certainly not 10% .

World savings /wachovia would be ALL OVER this deal on a pick a pay , 30 yr hybrid right now.

In fact, call world savings. This deal is good .
