C/O Refi 55% LTV (1x120 in 12/06)

I'm trying to find a lender for the following scenario:

105K Loan Amount
200 Appraised Value
O/O SFR
C/O Refi
Bwr: 554 FICO/ CBwr: 562 FICO

They had a 1x120 in 12/06.

If this is something you might be able to do, let me know and I'll send you a copy of their credit and payment history since then.

You tried running them through DU for FHA or MyCommunity?

Yes unfortunately they both get a refer, and My Community is ineligible b/c it's a C/O Refi.
