Buy out of forclosure?
Okay I didn't pull credit because I wasn't even sure if this was something a lender would even do. 80% Ltv customer in active forclosure.

Try Soluna First or Mortgage Warehouse, those are the only two I can think of, I would never use option one, but that's me, let me know if it helped
