Hey I thought it would be a good idea to post up a list of our most successfull scenarios or loan storys. So I wil start it off, and we can see where it goes from there. You gotta brag once in a while. Its only right. And if there is a scenario similar to something one of us can't do. Then this idea would work out great for networking!

14,000 cashout/and all revolvong debt was paid.
The process took almost two months.
640 mid fico
and got them a 6%

WOOH!

Seeing that in the theater was quite an experience... I had never witnessed the entire theater laughing hysterically before. It was great. Superbad got some good laughs too but nothing like Borat.

i am going thru the biggest success story in my whole career.

I started in Ohio, where the average loan amount was like 125k.

Went to florida where the average loan amount was 100k .............LOL


We just got an approval for a MILLION dollar loan . We are making an origination point, and a YSP . 20 grand.

Believe me, we were DUE to hit a jackpot.
