BLANKET LOAN needed for 3 Duplex in Arkansas

borrower owns 22 properties in Arkansas
6 properties are free & clear

He wants to get a blanket loan of $100k
based on 3 Duplex with a value $50k each = $150k value combined
stated income only

Pls advise if you know of a lender who can do this. thanks!
