IndyMacAE is on a distinguished road
Blanket Loan, 100 properties...

OK, here's the situation. Guy has about 100 properties all being blanketed from one line of credit (around 5 mil or so), so he wants to get them all indivdually financed, in like groups of 10...So a total of 10 or 11 loans, each loan covering 10 properties...Anyone know anybody that does this???

I would be wary of S.Saunders. He has been known to steal loans and has been banned from other forums for this reason.BEWARE

We have been investigating Mr. Saunders for weeks and have found what others have said.

Until he does something to this board he is ok. But I encourage him to not allow other people to log in under his name and PM the moderator.

Never did here a reponse to my last PM.

He is gifted in the art of brown nosing. I appreciate the big text props you give us but that is a little overboard Shawn lol.
