Exclamation bk7 forclouser 2 trade line rural property

Does any one know a lender that will take a recent bk7 dicharged in 1/06, forclouser 7 years ago no open tradeline just all closed no active one at all . Also the property is a rural property and in Minnesota . This is a full doc 573 fico two score !! Will anyone help out on this deal?

I have a 571 and it just went to a 575.. Same deal but no forex.. Need a 580 and 24 months cancelled checks to do it through New Century possibly..

Option One or Aegis would be my second pick. Still 580 though.
