BK buyouts

I have been seeking a lender for one of my clients that is currently in chapter 13. My borrower has a plenty of equity, has been in chapter 13 for 18 months, can go full doc, but has a mid score of 555. Does anyone know of a lender that I can take this package to?

Another thing FHA does and no rate hit. FYI. 12 months in a 13 paid as agreed can do 95% cash out to pay off bk at 5.875% (PAR) fixed today.

I only keep saying this to educate brokers who do not know about it. Maybe your broker will change their mind and do FHA and you can start too.

Good call CLOSER, I have a few clients that are looking for these type of lenders. As you can see, I generate subprime leads because I'm the King of Subprime Leads.
