Try chapel funding, they do down to 500 fico or you can go to weirdloans.com and enter your scenario and get lenders who meet your criteria.

Lowest score I know of to 100% LTV is 560. If anyone knows of someone that will do 100% on a lower score I would also like to know about it. (Of course excluding FHA - sorry Greg)

This is the thread that finally got me to register. I just received the exact same thing today except my middle FICO is 543. The only possiblity I have right now is Investaid Corp. so you can try them.

The only bank I know of that will touch these is First Consolidated Mortgage Co. (100% to 530). However, the points that they charge make it closer to 96% LTV. I didn't have a good experience with them, so I won't "recommend" them. But your experience may be better.
