Asking for info

Hello to all, I am not really new, but I have not posted much on this board. I have posted some on a couple of teh others, but I apologize for not participating more. It appears to me that this board has gotten quite large and I am hoping I can ask for some info on a couple of scenarios. I appreciate any time and help anyone is willing to provide.

1. Stand alone 2nd, sfr, owner occ, 632 fico, 95% cltv, california, prob stated
---Borrower only has 1 trade for 55 months (>5k high), another for 3 months opened in 1988, and the mortgage for 1 month (he obtained home from son on a family deed transfer refi) Loan amount $37500 at this CLTV. The trouble has been the trades
2. I do a lot of no score, no fico, 100% cltv financing for both hybrid option arm loans and more traditional loans. I have been trying to find a feew mroe lenders that are doing these or are still doing these and accepting the alt credit on 12 or 24 month history.
3. 95% stated from 550+ with guidelines for minimal tradelines

I appreciate any help and intend to contribute or will be happy to provide lenders I have looked at/used for these or similiar scenarios. Thank you for any help/info that can be provided.
