Cool Anyway to get around a POA situation

Hi-
I have a full package on a 115% PA scenerio that Decision One would have closed by now, however the main borrower is employed in the Bahamas and his wife has a POA for him and D1 will not allow it.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
Thanks!

Unhappy Thanks

Thanks for the tip, however D1 would allow us to overnight docs to client in Bahamas. Only problem now is that client had 1 medical collection for 358.00 within the last three years and D1 says investor will not buy it even if we pay it.
I asked when this had changed and was told in the last 30 days. No exceptions was the ruling.
Too bad, huh.

I hope it works. They can do it but when you do not deal with someone like that all the time you might catch the "1 shot wonder" status right away.
