Question Anyone use U.S. Bank???

I have heard that they will do 100% down to 525 on exception basis. I haven't found anyone that has actually use them, so I thought I would post it to find out if anyone has actually dealth with them.

Actually they will go down to a 500 fico.
I spoke to someone who has used them and he said they have to had owned a home in the past 2 years and it has to be full doc. I am not sure. But they state its a case by case scenario.

500...geez...thats crazy for 100%. I wonder if they have other niche products. I'm surprised they aren't as popular as some of the others, especially in California with that product because I rarely hear about U.S. Bank.

I believe it is 1 loan and the MI is incredibly high if available.

Not sure but just remember that when yo uinquire if you do and advise if this was your findings.

500 fico to 100%...? Yeah, I side with CLOTTJR...

I've used them for my manufactured home loans. As always, manufactured homes will have the typical problems and YES, full doc is almost a must with US Bank with hi LTV's...

i used us bank. 95%, purchase, 380k, full doc. 538 fico. they did it.
