OO property, he wants to move in the BAILOUT FORECLOSURE property because there is still value.

COMP $285,000-$280,000
Owe Bank Estimation of $251,000

OO property, on time payment - someone to buy the OO property?
BAILOUT property - of course you know, Foreclosure sale is this week..07/26/2007.

I know today is 7/21...but I've been working on this since April.

I have never heard of a foreclosure bailout to 90%ltv , even in 2005.

If you can find one who will do this deal, PLEASE let the rest of us know before the lender goes bankrupt.
