Exclamation Anymore Option ARMs?

I kind of hope not to be honest, i never was too enthusiastic about them. But I happen to be in a situation where it would really help someone. Above 700 scores at 80% LTV. Anyone know any lenders that still do Option ARMs? email me and let me know. Thanks a lot

Chris

Yeah I never liked pay option arms, this client seemed responsible enough to take it but I think it's a long shot. World Savings got bought out by Wachovia last year and don't have the same type of products like they used to have. Then again, the market's changed a lot since last year.
