| Any loan officers/brokers do creative real estate? I am not talking about creative financing with conventional loans but more of personal investments with owner financing, lease options/purchase, wraps, installments land contracts, contract for deed?
by the way, i mentioned this to my real estate broker and she told me that i would be defrauding the lender or violating the DOS clause. i know the DOS isnt illegal but it is an option for the lender to call the loan due if they were to find out if a wrap, lease option or some creative financing was in place. also it wouldnt violate the DOS just as long as the bank gets paid.
so any licensed loan officers/brokers here do these kind of creative financing "personally?"
im not sure whether i should put my license as inactive just to do these type of deals. |
