Any good lead programs out there?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website that sells good leads at decent prices and preferably havent been sold a million times. I was looking at sitetools.com but I realy have no idea what to expect, any input would be appreciated.

Are these leads internet generated? If not, how do you capture the audience?

These leads are phone marketed, we try and avoid internet leads as much as possible.

The leads are generated by calling a DNC scrubbed targeted list of homeowners names that have been run through the minimum qualifying filters as below:

- Home Values over 100k
- outstanding revolving debt of 15K +
- estimated (zip+4) scores between 540 and 640
- LTV filter if available

It takes approx. 65 to 80 of such targeted names for us to generate 1 good mini 1003 app. where the homeowner is looking for help.

Where do you get the list from? Experian, Public Records, etc.? Better yet, how are these list generated?

Carlo, first of all thanks mate for the feedback on the website, we are in the process of giving the entire site a facelift that will take care of the typos etc.

To answer your question, These targeted names generally come from companies like First American residential, Data Warehouse etc. These are some of the companies + many more out there that specialize in financial services targeted data for lead generation.
