I read up on them a little bit. Based out of Florida, right? It just seemed too good to be true. 100% commision with only a 295.00 flat fee? I belive you are required to use their lender list and I think their processors. They may take a nice chunk out of your yeild spread in the back also. I'm not a 100% on that so don't hold me to it.
