Im a realtor(SC) looking for a loan $155,000 or less 97% stated gross income $48000 credit score 709? Any programs? Thanks

Why dont you send your client to a mortgage professional to get a loan ?

Or are you trying to earn the commision both ways?

I am the client....I'm actually looking to buy a property for myself and was wondering if there are any 97% or 100% stated income loans with a 712 middlescore. Thanks
