AE's please help in VA

Have DO app/elig but cust does not want to escrow or pay PMI as the payment is too high for them.....looking for ideas or lowest rate poss. PLease contact me if you can help in VA. Looking to close quickly.
Had 6.375 at the closing table w/escrows and MI but cust would not sign.

Oh wow that really stinks! How did they even get to the closing table? Don't you cover terms before having them commit???

I know you could get 5.875% with Flagstar on this today and the AE usually can do an escrow waiver. They have LPMI that might help too and a 40 yr but maybe the rate drop is enough to close it.
