90 CLTV Fixed Rate Second

I need to find a lender who will CLOSE a 28k fixed rate second behind a 80% first. The catch to this deal is that the DTI is real tight floating around 54%. This is a NH deal. 758 MID FULL DOC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and to make matters worse the borrower is very rate consious(sp). Any payment around 200 a month would be great. ( I might be dreaming)

GLOAT has a spectacular aura about
Try Homecomings Financial. No Income Full Assets. On an 80/20 I just closed one at:

First: 6.875% 30 Fixed-No PPP
Second: 25 Year IO, 10 Year Draw, 15 Year Re-pay @ 11% after 3 month intro rate.

I'm sure 90%CLTV will be impressive
