I can 85 LTV All day on this file as a B grade borrower. We do roll 30's subprime, and they can roll up to 5 times.

@ 85 LTV your looking at 9.625 on a 3/1 ARM 3 yr PPP thats 4x30.

If you have rolling 30's and we are looking @ 3x30 or less you would Qualify for 90 LTV and that rate would be 9.75 Same as above.
