Hey how's it going I was calling on my approve lenders list in the subprime section, trying to price out a deal. I found an AE that beats almost everyone. He specializes in 100% LTV at 620 FICO. He can do the non-warrantable High rise condos. Give me a call tommorrow and i'll give you his number.
