Hey everyone, can anyone help me out? I can't believe I'm actually having a hard time with this loan. It's a primary purchase, SFR, FTHB, going SIVA or SISA preferrably, wage earner looking for 100% LTV/CLTV, most likely looking for an option arm program since rates are so high. Let me know ASAP pleaase. thanks.

Try Southstar. I think they have an option arm..

If no then First Franklin does not require rent history if that seems to be the holdup..??

Prime...

New Century Prime will do it Alt A at low rates.

GLOAT has a spectacular aura about
Are you having a hard time because you have another niche, or because you can't find a rate/term to satisfy your client?

Purchase Price, S/E or W/E stated, Rural or not, and DTI if Full Doc

Hard to give accurate answers w/so little criteria

If you can get the 2nd elsewhere, Homecomings is @ 7.5% par 2/28 NIVA depending on "other" details

Try LOMatch (loan officer match)

Please visit www.lomatch.com and register for free. Run the loan and hopefully one of our lenders will have a program for your customer. Thanks and good luck! Andrew
