i know this is a shot in the dark cause most bc lenders changed their programs by the hour!!!

640 mid
first time home buyer
duplex
stated income w2
stated assets
state of minnesota

please email me if you are a lender and want price this loan out for me
it has been submitted countrywide,first franklin, and fremont and they turned it back down cause of the first time home buyer scenario .

thanks for the help you guys. but my guy at equifirst can do the loan all they needed was reserve to be sourced not seasoned so i am closing this thursday.
