617 option arm stated

does anyone do a 617 middle fico stated on the option arm. i have been looking and cannot find anyone that will do under a 620. another company is telling my custoner that it cana be done at 617. it is a cash out. loan amount is $405.000 at 90% ltv. borrower is self employed. the property is located in michigan.

try world savings they do 617 on case by case basis and their option arm is the best in the industry c.o.s.i loan is very popular
