Can any lenders out there lend on a property that has been on the market for this long? Here is the rest of the info...

580 FICO
2x30
Full Doc or EZ Doc
80-90% LTV
$806,500 Purchase price
Chicago, IL.

Please let me know. I have a frantic broker that has no where left to turn.
