Question 6 Months out of BK

I have a borrower who is looking to purchase the home he is currently renting. He has 6 months since his BK. What is the highest LTV he would be able to receive? This is all the info I have so far, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Gordon Lending will become famous soon enough
I believe with FHA you have to be at least 2 years out of BK (I may be mistaken). Other issues you will face are:
1- Buying home he is currently renting- Lenders are looking at this as a non-arms length transaction
2- Re-established trades after or Through BK.

Depending on score and trades pulled through BK (need 3) we have a 1 day out of BK program up to 90% LTV.
