108000 loan amount in south carolina
537 middle score with 0 x 30 on mortgage
need may LTV to pay first and second

u dont even need alt a. I just ran it thru the ABN AMRO prequal engine.

In theory, they will do a cash out refi up to 90% ltv full doc 537 score full assets , south carolina for 6.125% paying 1/4 on a 30 day lock. 30 year fixed no prepay.

Of course, this would imply no major deroggs in the last year or so. You might take bumps for LP caution levels 1 2 3 or 4 if he has deroggs or recent bankos etc...

if he is clean except medical debt or false reporting, you can take him conforming.

recent banko? Why cant he go DU or LP?

full doc and assets, 90% -why cant he go FHA?

there must be something seriously wrong here that you arent telling us.

No secrets, We are not set up FHA. Part of this could be do to the fact that the first mortgage for some reason is not reporting to the bureaus, only the second yet they are with the same company.

Well, i tried to help you here.

You say he cant go DU or LP -even cautionary levels. From re reading your posts, i dont have the SLIGHEST clue why he cannot do that.
