colorado refinance. o/o 100% ltv bk 3 years ago 13k recent charge off a hole bunch of mortgage lates and they are currently 60 days behind. loan amount 250k .

LOL is right and that LOX better smell like a magic marker when the underwriter reads it.

Currently 60 is a killer. You need to cut your losses on this.

I actually got this approved. Can you believe it? The lender was PIPEDREAM mortgage. I have a ton more to give them.
