460 fico cash out?
I haven't ran it but they told me there score is a roughly 460 i don't know if thats from 1 bureau or not, but before I run it I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be possible to do a 20,000 cash out refi with that score. The home is worth roughly 220,000 possibly more, they have 100,000 in equity. Loan is in Texas.
