I don't know if you got this funded yet but if not I can give you a quote for this deal.

We have over 8000 programs so I can give you a quote if I can get the following:

1. 1003 signed by all borrowers
2. Last month mortgage statements
3. Pix of the property inside/outside
4. Tri-merge credit on all borrowers(within 30 days)
