can not obtain a vor SE bank statements 100% purchase

Why can you not get a VOR?

You need stated income then?

I have plenty of income via bank statements, but theres some fraud going on with their CD holder, improper practices etc....so circumstances wont allow me to get one

Is it a VOR or a VOD that you cannot get? I can do 100% with 12 months bank statements and use a private party VOR.
