Hi all! I hope everyone is not having a tough a time as I am. I have a mixed use I'm trying to take 203K....I am being told that you cannot include the income from the property to make the DTI work...is this true? Please answer here and friendlyfinancials@yahoo.com. Thanks all!

Best advice I have is for you to contact more lenders and ask them about this. M&T Bank still has 203k.

Beyond that most of mine discontinued it recently.
