2.7 million Super Jumbo.. need help placing

I came across your site, now time to check it out. I have a 2.7 mil 85% ltv C/O SISA super jumbo I need to get done. Appraised at 3.3 mil! Looking for a lender who can do this with no pre-pay 65/20 70/15 85% 1 loan are all ok.

Any takers?

Thanks

Tim

Not too bad. Problem you are goin to have is the 85% loan. Most lenders will not loan on that high LTV. Also you will need 2 appraisals and it has to be signed off by the investors. I think Countrywide might do it. Check out the scottsman guide.

I have a half dozen lenders that will do it, however it is the No Prepay request from my borrower that I am having difficulty with. Countrywide was a No go, I have never had any success in the past with the Scottsman as well as am approved with all the lenders in it already. I was hoping someone might have some lenders that I am unaware of that would take a look at this. Thanks for the feedback, it is appreciated. Anyone got a lender in there back pocket? An Ace up your sleeve if you will...

Tim

Should Express Capital not be what you are looking for try Stewart Financial out of San Deigo.

Apreciate the feedback guys, however 2.4 mil is 300k shy. Has to be 2.7 mil minimum, and it is more like 81% ltv, probably going to need an exception. Stewart caps there combined loan amount at 2.5 million.

Thanks,

Tim

This deal is not going to happen. SIVA maybe, but with that score and 85%ltv you will not get approved. You can try luxmac but you will have two appriasals and have to pay for appraisal review. You could try luxery or monsterloans.
