2.1million high LTV
I am currently working on a loan that could make me a butload of money if I can find a lender who will do a 670 mid stated 95LTV loan residential property. Countrywide, No red Tape, or most convential lenders will touch it. I have 3 apprasials but I understand that there will be a field review. Who will touch this.

dont know if this a purchase or refi as well as what state it is in but Indy mac,
HTFC Corporation, Flag Star,First National Bank of Arizona, Stonecreek Funding

Luxury mortgage can't even get me the LTV that I need. These borrowers are so retarted, they have had 87 inquiries in the past year and have been shoppin the shit out of everyone. I will not co-broker this deal unless a private investor is willing to sign documentation so I will not get cut out.

This is a Rhode Island deal. Sky is the limit if you know what I mean. Verified assets but must go stated because 1099's will probably kill the deal. Doctor...also collects disability.
