1Yr out of BK Chapter 7

Does anyone know of a lender that will do 95% for 1 Yr Discharged from BK Chapter 7, with good credit 626?

I called US Bank and they don't have that program anymore 100% on 1Yr BK...If you know of any lender that can do just 95% that would be appreciated.

Wow they cut back to 85%. Shoot.

I know you can do it USDA If the income and area qualifies. 6% fixed. In the meantime let me check around.

Depending on the state Willmington Finance should do it. VA is fine.

I looked at the rate sheet first.

9.65% fixed is PAR so try USDA first. Your state has a lot of area's that qualify. If you need help let me know.

620 means your are credit approved. Nothing needs documented, paid, or explained on credit.
