1st time home buyer

I have a 1st time homebuyer with a 690 that is self employed that I need to go SIVA on. The problem is that I can not verify rent for the last 2 years. They have paid in cash with no record of the payments. Is anyone still writing for this type of buyer? Propety is in Florida.

thanks

Yes they are but if you need SIVA they will need to put 20% down. Run DU to see if it asks for verification of rental history. Maybe you will get lucky and DU will not require that it be verified.

Also what are the circumstances surrounding why it cannot be verified?
