Need lender for 12 residental investement properties. (rentals). Credit is great, down payment is great. Who can do this?

does the buyer have proof of funds and how many years of investment does he have.
i am calling this a rapid aquisition and most lenders will not fund that many properties unless he have funds and proof that he can afford it. email me the scenario and i will see what i can help you out with

I have a colleague that works with a lender in Chicago, just funded 7.5 mil construction loan, rates i understand were in low 6's. It can't hurt to email her.. she will give you lender contact info. Good luck! Her email is wohlhartc@msn.com
