12 months bank statement as full doc question

hi guys,

i have a potential client wiht 610 mid fico. first time home buyer, owner occ, sfr in california. she has deposited over 150k into her personal bank account over the past 12 months, but the deposits have been sporatic. 20k a month, 5k the next, 30k the next. all of my banks are saying that the deposits have to be more consistent. do you guys know of a bank that will lend to her 100% purchase with her bank statements? thanks.

she's a manager for a japanese restaurant. also, some of the deposits were bank wires from south korea.

I will definitely take a look. We can also use 6 month's for 100%. Msuh24, did you want me to take a look at the statements to get a better idea?
